We are nearing the finish line, thanks to this community’s unwavering support for vibrant local journalism.
As we move from generations of family ownership to make The Spokesmen-Review one of the nation’s first community-owned newspapers, we have been blown away by how you have stepped up to make it happen.
This April, we plan to match the $2 million donated by the Cowles family and begin transferring the newspaper’s ownership to the nonprofit Comma Community Journalism Lab.
